2022 Patient Survey for Virtual Health Visits using Zoom for Healthcare

Feedback from patients and healthcare providers is key to helping us identify what we can improve on. Zoom for Health Care was deployed in March 2020, and this is the third annual survey. The findings from the 2022 survey show how the usage of Zoom for Health Care and the experiences of patient and healthcare providers have improved over the three years. The results from the survey were visualized in a dashboard on the PowerBI platform.
